Cancellation Policy
At L Studio Beauty Aesthetics, your appointments are very important to us. Each booking is reserved especially for you. To respect both your time and our therapists’ time, we kindly ask all clients to follow our policy below: 🕒 Cancellations — 48 Hours Notice If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled treatment time. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit. 🔄 Rescheduling — 24 Hours Notice If you need to change or move your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours before your treatment. Rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice will also result in the loss of your deposit. 💳 Deposits A deposit is required to secure all bookings. If cancellation or rescheduling rules are not followed, the deposit becomes non-refundable and non-transferable. ❗ No-Show Policy Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice will result in the full loss of your deposit and may require full payment upfront for future bookings. ❤️ Thank You We greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
